Process A

Submit :

  • Repair estimate
  • Photos
  • Payment

Process B

Receive and review :

  • Demand letter
  • Wreck Check Atlanta appraisal

Process C

  • Customer sends the demand letter and the appraisal to their Insurance rep. -customer invoke the appraisal clause

Process D

  • Insurance has hired an appraiser to initiate negotiations with Wreck Check Atlanta.

Process E

  • We reach an agreement
  • Customer collect payment

Process F ( un umpire is required)

  • Unable to reach an agreement with insurance appraiser
  • Umpire is paid by the insurance company and the customer
  • Umpire issues decision

Finish

Insurance pay the settlement to the customer.
