Receive and review :

  • Recommened letter
  • Wreck Check Atlanta appraisal
  • Instructions

Step 3

  • Customer sends the demand letter and the appraisal to their Insurance rep.
  • Customer invokes the appraisal clause

Step 4

  • Insurance has hired an appraiser to initiate negotiations with Wreck Check Atlanta.

Step 5

  • We reach an agreement
  • Customer collects payment

Step 6 ( un umpire is required)

  • Unable to reach an agreement with insurance appraiser
  • Umpire is paid by the insurance company and the customer
  • Umpire issues decision
