  • Filled out Diminished Value Questionnaire.
  • Copy of the final insurance estimate of record.
  • Four Post-Repair Pictures of the vehicle, one of each side.
  • If the vehicle had a previous loss, we need that repair estimate as well.
  • $300 Payment.
