Sales Associate
Work directly with clients to explain our services, guide them through our claims process, and manage inbound/outbound communication.
Ideal for confident communicators with a strong sense of ethics and sales drive. Experience in auto, legal, or insurance industries is a plus.
Customer Service Representative
Support clients throughout their case, answer calls and emails, help with scheduling, and maintain clear, accurate records.
Strong organization and a customer-first attitude are key. Bilingual in Spanish is a huge plus.
