Overview: Lemon Laws are state laws that protect purchasers of new and used motor vehicles that are defective and do not function properly. These laws ensure that vehicles repeatedly returned to the dealer for repairs within a specified period after purchase are either replaced with a new comparable car or refunded in full by the manufacturer.
Our Lemon Law Inspection service provides a thorough evaluation to help you determine if your vehicle qualifies as a “lemon” under state law, ensuring you have the necessary documentation to support your claim.
Georgia Lemon Law: The Georgia Lemon Law applies to new motor vehicles purchased, leased, or registered in Georgia. It protects consumers from substantial defects occurring within the first 24 months or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first. If a vehicle is found to be defective, the manufacturer must either replace it with a new comparable vehicle or refund the full purchase price.
